About Christine
Pattern breaker. Resilience builder. Overthinking un-tangler.
If your mind feels like it is running a marathon you never signed up for, Christine is here to help you slow it down, take charge, and start thinking in ways that work for you.
Christine DiGangi-Korbel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. She helps teens and adults challenge negative thoughts, rewire anxious brains, and take back control of their lives using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Christine believes therapy should not feel like a mystery. It is a practical process where you learn to spot unhelpful thinking, challenge it, and replace it with something that actually serves you.
Whether it is anxiety, depression, trauma, or the everyday stress of being human, she helps clients turn "what if" worries into "I've got this" confidence.
Her work is not about quick fixes or temporary relief. It is about helping you build the skills to handle whatever life throws your way. Change does not happen overnight, but with the right support, small shifts can lead to big transformation.
